The IS66WVS16M8FBLL-104NLI is an integrated memory device containing 128 Mbits of Pseudo Static Random Access Memory (PSRAM) using a self-refresh DRAM array organised as 16 Megabytes words by 8 bits.
This device is a dual die stack of two 64Mb die.
The device supports SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) & QPI (Quad Peripheral Interface) protocols, Very Low Signal Count (6 signal pins: CLK, CE#, and 4 SIOs), Hidden Refresh Operation, and Industrial temperature and Automotive A2-grade temperature.
In-Band Reset is supported instead of a dedicated RESET# pin, and the minimum transferred data size is 8 bits.
