Temperature Sensor TMP36 −40°C to +125°C Analog Voltage

The TMP36 is a simple to use temperature sensor with an analog voltage output that varies linearly with the ambient temperature. It reads from −40°C to +125°C and operates at 2.7V - 5.5V DC so is suitable for most microcontrollers or analog circuits.

Description

The sensor has three pins. Power, Ground and output. The voltage on the output pin varies linearly by 10 mV/°C so you can read the voltage via a analog ADC pin on a microcontroller and convert it to the temperature with a bit of maths.

No need to calibrate it. Just hook up and go. Accurate to ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the full −40°C to +125°C.
