SparkFun Qwiic Shield for Teensy - Extended

The SparkFun Extended Qwiic Shield for Teensy provides you with a quick and easy way to enter SparkFun's Qwiic ecosystem with your Teensy boards. This shield connects to the I²C bus (GND, 3.3V, SDA, and SCL) on your microcontroller to four SparkFun Qwiic connectors. Because the Qwiic system allows for simple daisy-chaining, you can attach as many I²C sensors, actuators, and displays as you need, provided they operate on different addresses.

Flexible Hardware Expansion

This shield is specifically sized to match the Teensy 4.1 footprint, making it an excellent companion for your Teensy builds that need a little more power.

• Versatile Connections: Features two horizontally mounted and two vertically mounted Qwiic ports to accommodate a wide variety of enclosure and wiring configurations.
• Accessible Programming: We added a tactile "PROG" button that is electrically parallel to the button on your Teensy board, allowing you to easily enter programming mode, even when the shield is stacked on top.
• Customisable Setup: The board includes standard 3.3V and GND buses, along with an I²C jumper for advanced configuration.

The Qwiic Shield for Teensy comes with two 24-pin and one 5-pin headers and will need to be soldered to the shield and, if necessary, to your Teensy board. Take care to match the markings on the Qwiic Shield to the appropriate pins on your Teensy to avoid possibly damaging your boards.
