ACS72981 Current Sensor Large Carriers

Large-carrier Hall‑effect current sensors provide galvanic isolation and a low-loss, high-current path, suitable for motor control, battery management, power distribution monitoring and overcurrent protection.

Variants exist with unidirectional or bidirectional sensing, different current ranges and logic‑level output options for common microcontroller voltages. Key attributes include very low series resistance to reduce heating, wide bandwidth for fast transient detection, an analogue output compatible with ADCs, and a robust through-path for easy PCB mounting. Large carriers simplify wiring and mechanical mounting while isolation helps avoid ground-loop issues in high-current systems.
