The L298 is a high voltage, high current, dual full-bridge motor driver designed to accept standard TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, DC and stepping motors.

Comes in a staggered, 15-lead Multiwatt package. A breakout board is also available to make the L298 easier to use.

  • 4.5-7VDC logic supply voltage
