We ship to all parts of Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and Darwin and everywhere else.

We stock all the items we sell so they get to you fast. All orders are normally packed around 5pm EST for same day dispatch.

How do I pay?

Credit Cards

We accept Visa and Mastercard for online orders made through our secure checkout provided through eway and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Eway is a industry leading payment gateway facility located in Australia with partnerships with many Australian banks.

The check-out process is carried out with all data encrypted using SSL encrypted connections between your computer and the credit card processing facility provided by eway. Your credit card details are never stored by us at any point in the process.

PayPal

We accept payments through PayPal

Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer

You can transfer payment for your order at your local bank branch or through internet banking.  Bank account details are provided when you place your order.

Official Purchase Orders

We accept official purchase orders (on letterhead) from Australian schools and government agencies.  Order must be placed though the shopping cart system to be accepted.

Do prices include GST?

All prices on the site are in Australian dollars and include the GST (Goods and Services Tax). We produce tax invoices so if you are a business you can claim the GST back accordingly.

How do we send stuff?

All orders are sent via Australia Post for prompt delivery. This works out cheaper than a courier and goes everywhere. Orders are normally sent the same business day around 5pm EST. Express post is delivered overnight to capital cities but may take an extra day for outer suburbs.

Availability

We stock all the items we sell. When an item is listed as 'In Stock' then we have the item on a shelf or in a box on our premisis.  We do not drop ship goods as we believe this does not give the best service or price to our customers and so it not good for us either.

'In Stock' vs 'On Order'?

Items in our catalog listed as "In Stock" means we have the stuff ready to ship.

Items in our catalog listed as  "On Order" means we have run out of stock temporarily but have a shipment of new stock on order from our supplier. It usually takes up to 5 days for new stock to appear. "On Order" items can normally be added to your cart as a backorder in which case your order is filled as soon as stock arrives.

The stock levels on our web site  are updated as orders are taken but sometimes we will be out of stock on an item you have ordered as we can not guarantee our stock levels are 100% accurate at all times due to factors such as bad counting or damaged stock. If one or more of the items your ordered are out of stock then we will first contact you for instructions on how or if you would like to proceed. Naturally your order would be at the front of the queue when new stock arrives.

Backorders

If an item in your cart is out of stock, you will be notified that the item is on backorder before you begin the checkout process. We ship backordered items as soon as possible, typically in 5-7 working days. If you are concerned about how long it will take for a backordered item to become available, please contact us.

You have two options for how to handle the shipment of your backorders:

  • Two shipments: All available items will ship now; all backordered items will ship later.
  • One shipment: Your order will be held until all items are available.

Returns

If you ordered the wrong thing we will accept returns of new, un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date provided they are in saleable condition. We think it is better that you spend your money on the things you do want, hopefully with us next time.

It does take us a while to process a return order, check it and restock it so a $5 + 15% restocking fee applies and you pay the return shipping. Only the price of the goods less the restocking fee is refundable. The initial shipping charge is not refundable. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization code before making a return.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. You can cancel an order free of charge if we receive your cancellation request before your order is processed and we start creating a bubble wrap and cardboard safety capsule for your goodies. Please be quick though as we try and get goods sent asap.
