Artemis Global Tracker Radio Board (Ding and Dent)

This is an early version of the Artemis Global Tracker Radio Board. It works, but it has limitations...:

• We routed the RFM97CW Reset and DIO pins through the TCA9534 I²C GPIO expander, to save on pin count
  • This makes it tricky to use it directly with the Arduino RadioLib Library
• We forgot to include a MOSFET power switch for the microSD card
  • This makes it tricky to minimise the current draw

• RFM97CW LoRa module
  • SPI interface
  • u.FL and PTH antenna connections
• Push-push microSD card socket (SPI mode)
• TCA9534 I²C GPIO expander
  • Provides access to RFM97CW Reset pin and DIO0-5
• Artemis pin allocations:
  • D35: RFM97CW SPI Chip Select
  • D4: microSD SPI Chip Select
