CUI’s Stepper Servo Motors combine a NEMA stepper motor with the AMT11 series incremental encoders to provide a dependable motor and motion control feedback solution. This NEMA stepper motor feature 0.022 N-m holding torque, digitally set zero position, patented capacitive encoder ASIC technology, and incremental resolutions up to 4096PPR. The NEMA stepper motors with incremental encoder can be paired with a controller to provide closed-loop feedback for a complete servo system. Additionally, the incremental encoder can be programmed via AMT Viewpoint™ software without removing the encoder from the motor. CUI AMT Encoders are highly accurate, rugged modular encoders in incremental, absolute, and commutation versions suitable for use in challenging environments. An innovative design makes the AMT Series resistant to dirt, dust, and oil. Other features include an operating temperature range from -40ºC up to 125ºC, high accuracy, simple assembly, and low current draw. The AMT Encoders from CUI are ideal for industrial, automation, robotics, and renewable energy applications.
