These compact carriers integrate specialised tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) current sensor ICs. They are designed for applications requiring accurate, high‑bandwidth current measurement with minimal electrical loss and excellent noise performance. Their high one megahertz bandwidth and optimisation for high dV/dt environments make them suitable for fast‑switching power electronics, motor drive diagnostics, and precision inverter control.
The products offer a choice of unidirectional or bidirectional current sensing ranges, allowing for monitoring of positive‑only current flow or both directions. The extremely low primary path resistance of the sensor minimises power loss and heating. All variants provide electrical isolation between the measured current path and the output signal, enhancing safety and simplifying integration.
Models are available with either a five volt or three point three volt supply, matching different logic levels. The compact carrier format provides a convenient, pre‑assembled interface with labelled connections, ready for soldering wires or headers directly into a prototype or final design.
