The robot includes a microphone so you can clap your hands to command it to start and stop. LED's light to show you what the robot sees and to show which motors are running.

We have found normal black plastic electrical tape is the easiest way to make a line on a white background. Some other tapes that appear black to us actually reflect infrared light so are not 'black' to the mouse.

Recommended for ages 14 and up.

This is a kit. It requires assembly and soldering. The kit does not contain instructions on how to solder so it is a good idea to practice soldering a bit before building this kit or follow a soldering tutorial on the Internet.

Requires 4 x AA batteries (not included).
