Description

The SparkFun weather shield can transform an Arduino Uno, Redboard or compatible board into your own weather station.

The board has these sensors (see datasheets below):

  • Humidity  HTU21D
  • MPL3115A2 barometric pressure
  • ALS-PT19 light sensor

Arduino library for the HTU21D and MPL3115A2 are available below.

There are spaces for RJ11 connectors (unpopulated) that you can use to hook up optional rain and wind sensors. A 6-pin GPS connector to suit a GP635T GPS module for position and accurate time data.

Note: this board does not come with headers, connectors or optional sensors.
