The balloon tire is made of soft spiked black rubber and the plastic hub is chrome plated. There is a lot of flex in these tires that allows them to move over uneven surfaces while maintianing traction.
A 4mm shaft adaptor fits many motors with 4mm shafts like our the 34:1, 75:1 25D metal gearmotors. The adaptor has a set screw for fixing to the shaft that takes a 3mm hex wrench (Allan Key) that is not included.
