100:1 Metal Gearmotor 37D x 57L mm (12V)

Designed to operate at 12V these gearmotors are built to a high quality and feature a generous 15.5mm long, 6mm diameter output 'D' shaft that allows for mounting larger wheels and the 100:1 ratio with a 16kg-cm torque is enough to drive a larger robot.

The face plate has six mounting holes evenly spaced around the outer edge threaded for M3 screws. These mounting holes form a regular hexagon and the centers of neighboring holes are 15.5 mm apart. You can use the custom-designed Pololu 37D metal gearmotor bracket (pictured to the right) to mount the gearmotor to your project via these mounting holes and the screws that come with the bracket.

Note: do not screw mounting screws further than 3mm into the gearmotor face as the screws will hit the gears.

Please note that unlike our smaller metal gearmotors, these 37D mm gearmotors have output shafts with a diameter of 6 mm. The hub in the picture to the right can be used to mount custom wheels and mechanisms to the gearmotor’s output shaft.
